The Danish branch was celebrating the day with a practice 28-Feb starting at 17:00 Danish time which actually is 01-Mar, 01:00 Japanese time which again makes us being the first this year to celebrate.
The practice was kihon (hard and a lot) for color belts and introduction of Rohai Nidan for black belts. Brenda from Argentina is ranked Itosu-kai brown belt and a student for a year in Denmark. She demonstrated a kata. At the end of the lesson Sensei Tejs Damkjær talked about the history of Itosu-kai. As a tradition we went to the local Chinese restaurant
